American Military authority/historian SLAM's study of the German Army in the early stages of WWII. 251 pp. Tight copy with minor wear. Previous owner's names on front free end paper with bookseller label. Else clean interior. Page ends have darkened a little. Dust jacket now in protective cover is bright with 1/2" diameter hole in center of front. Creasing on edges with some chipping along edges on spine ends and bottom front hinge. Rear top edge has 1/4" chip with 1/2" tear. Spine is slightly faded and has a few small spots that have rubbed through. Overall a very nice first edition of highly esteemed military expert.

Written by SLAM, historian of the ETO and his assistants. 261 pp. Clean copy with very light wear. Previous owner's name on front free end paper, which has a little darkening, probably from laid-in clippings which have been removed. Dust jacket has price intact. Substantial creasing with tearing and chipping loss. Some tears have been tape repaired from inside. Faint damp staining on lightly faded spine and front hinge. Bottom edge of dust jacket has insect damage. Still, intact and in protective cover.
