Signed by 59 of the aces featured in this album, filling front pasted down paper and half of front free end paper. Among them, R.E. Galer, USMC, MOH WWII, "Tex" Hill, Flying Tiger, WWII, also Flying Tigers Bond and Scott. Robert Scott was also famed for his personal account of his war experiences in the book, "God is My Co-Pilot". 1,442 entries covering the period from 1916 to 1972, with photos where available. Biographical sketches, combat history and decorations for each. Oversize format, 9-1/4"W X 12-1/4"H. 542 pp. + Index. Very slight right lean to this bright and crisp copy with clean interior. White Boards have faint occasional spot and very minor edgewear. True military collectible with signatures of 59 American aviation heroes.
