Stated first edition. 690 pp. Corners have light bumping, and top corners have some fraying. Spine ends have bumping. Black cloth boards have spotting on upper portions. Page edges and end papers are darkened with light foxing. Clean interior. Dust jacket is faded with chipping on corners and spine base.Top edge is missing large piece, 4 1/2" W x 1 1/4"H from middle of spine across front panel, leaving half of "Sherman" missing. Edges are creased and t op of rear edge has a closed tear from corner toward center. Flap folds have rubbing and creasing wear with a little chipping loss. Still, dust jacket is intact and now in protective cover.
