Account of the British Commandos during WWII. Author Cook gives the history of the Commandos, from their inception by Lt. Col. Dudley Clarke, through the raids on Nazi-held Norway, the failed attempt at Dieppe, and the "greatest raid of all", that on the port of St. Nazaire. Book is as new but for small erasure on front end page. Dust Jacket is price clipped and has a repaired tear on the front which does little to distract from the colorful illustration.
