Inscribed on front free end paper by Jerry Flemmons who was a columnist, humorist and Texana enthusiast for all of Texas but on the payroll of the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Book is clean and bright with very slight left lean and faint foxing on top and bottom page edges. Dust jacket is bright white with light creasing on edges and a little rubbing on rear panel which is discernible with a critical eye. Very nice signed copy.
